Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals with varying needs
  • Promote independence and well-being in day-to-day activities
  • Support with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and household tasks
  • Build trusting, therapeutic relationships with service users
  • Follow care plans and contribute to daily reports and updates
  • Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards

Job Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of UK-based care or support work experience
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
  • Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete)
  • A kind, patient, and proactive attitude
  • Registration with Social Care Wales
