Referral Scheme

Terms & Conditions (Blue Heart Recruitment)

  • All referrals must be submitted through the official referral form on our website.
  • You must have the consent of the individual you are referring before sharing their details with us.
  • To qualify for a reward, you must be registered and actively working with Blue Heart Recruitment.
  • Referred candidates must complete 200 hours of temporary work or 12 weeks in a permanent role before a reward can be issued.
  • For nurse referrals eligible for the £250 reward, the candidate must complete 400 hours of temporary work.
  • The person you refer must not already be registered with Blue Heart Recruitment.
  • Rewards are issued as e-vouchers only; no cash alternatives are available.
  • Only one reward can be issued per referral.
  • If two people refer the same candidate, the reward will go to whoever submitted the referral first.
