I’m Sarang Joshi, Compliance Team Leader at Blue Heart Recruitment. I’ve spent the past eight years working in UK healthcare recruitment and compliance, and in that time I’ve learned just how important it is to get things right for the people behind the paperwork — the nurses, support workers, teams and clients who rely on us every day.

I’ve worked with several recruitment agencies over the years, building a strong foundation in safe recruitment, compliance processes and sector standards. But what matters most to me is the human side of this work. I care about creating a smooth, supportive experience for candidates, helping teams stay confident and organised, and making sure the services we’re part of are safe and trustworthy.

I’m someone who takes pride in doing things properly, staying reliable, and always looking for ways to improve how we work as a team. I’m committed to growing with Blue Heart, contributing to our success, and giving my full effort to every task I take on
