I bring over 14 years of experience in the social care sector to my role as Head of Compliance at Blue Heart. My focus is on making sure we meet — and consistently exceed — all regulatory standards. I develop and maintain our policies and procedures, support our teams with clear guidance, and help create a culture where safe, high-quality, person-centred care is always the priority.

I’m genuinely passionate about good compliance. For me, it’s not just about ticking boxes — it’s about protecting the people we support, giving staff confidence in their roles, and ensuring our services are trusted and effective. I work closely with our teams and leadership to embed best practice and maintain excellence across everything we do.

Outside of work, I’m usually with my partner, Dan, and our four dogs — Benji, Churro, Opal and Quinn. I love reading fantasy, watching anime, anything Pokémon or generally nerdy, and travelling whenever I can. So far, Singapore has been my favourite place to explore.
