I’m Annie, a Recruitment Resourcer at Blue Heart Recruitment, specialising in sourcing and supporting both nurses and support workers. With almost three years in the healthcare sector — and previous hands-on experience as a support worker in the UK — I bring a genuine understanding of the demands, values and realities of frontline care.

Working in care gave me real insight into what makes a great nurse or support worker: compassion, resilience, patience and a willingness to go the extra mile. That experience now shapes the way I recruit. I don’t just match CVs to jobs — I take the time to understand each person’s strengths, goals and personality so I can guide them toward roles where they’ll thrive.

Alongside my care background, I’ve also gained skills in sales and admin, which helps me balance relationship-building with organisation, communication and attention to detail.
