As Compliance Manager, I oversee the compliance journey for our Healthcare Assistants, Nursery Assistants and Residential Support Workers, ensuring they have everything in place to work safely and confidently. From right-to-work checks and DBS applications to training and onboarding, I help guide candidates through every step before they’re signed off for work.

Getting to know our amazing candidates and being part of their journey is what I enjoy most about my role. It’s incredibly rewarding seeing someone progress from their first interview all the way through to their first shift. I wanted to continue progressing in my career with a company whose values matched my own. I was looking for an opportunity to develop my career within a sector I’m passionate about, while making a real difference by helping connect great people with meaningful roles in care. I have five years’ recruitment experience, starting as an Education Recruitment Consultant before moving into compliance management within social care, supporting social workers and healthcare professionals. I also hold a degree in Journalism, which has helped me develop strong communication and relationship-building skills that I use every day in my role.
